6th Annual Reach(OUT) LGBTQA+ Career Conference
Northeastern University is currently planning their 6th Annual Reach(OUT) LGBTQA+ Career Conference, to be held on Friday, October 25th and Saturday, October 26th. The Annual Reach(OUT) LGBTQA+ Career Conference, now in its 6th year, was launched as a way to connect LGBTQA+ students and professionals across industries for focused time on career and identity development. Students will have the opportunity to hear from young professionals in a range of industries about topics including employment rights and non-discrimination laws, navigating visibility at work for TGNC people, building a support network at work, self-care and work-life boundaries, and assessing company culture and fit. Additionally, students will engage with their peers on these topics and meet with professionals to further discuss questions related to preparing for professional working environments.
The conference is open to all area lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender non-conforming, nonbinary, queer, intersex, and asexual students. The Reach(OUT) planning committee would greatly appreciate if you could share this event with your students.
Students can also register by visiting http://bit.ly/RONU19.
