Are your students and clients in need of career direction? After trying on a few jobs are your young professional clients ready for a more deliberate approach to their career planning? Do your internal employees desire professional growth but have no idea how to proceed? How about mid-life clients stuck in unfulfilling jobs? Without a clear idea of their decision-making criteria; interests, skills and values, clients are often immobilized and unable to move forward.
Today, coaches need a toolkit of assessments and exercises that can be used for diverse client needs, in different formats (online versus print), and for various stages of career development. Both of these training sessions offer engaging tools and strategies for working with individuals and groups to move from insight to practical application.
