The CCC Mentorship Program celebrates the richness of our profession and expands opportunities for growth, connection, and shared learning. It fosters meaningful development and community across our vibrant network of career professionals, aligning with CCC’s enduring commitment to inclusion and lifelong learning. Through thoughtfully matched partnerships, seasoned professionals and emerging practitioners come together to learn from one another. These reciprocal relationships offer space to exchange ideas, explore new directions, and strengthen pathways across higher education, workforce development, private practice, coaching, and beyond. We value the unique strengths and lived experiences each participant brings. The program encourages open communication about accessibility needs, individual preferences, and the use of supportive tools such as captions, transcripts, or assistive technology. Participation is open to all career professionals—especially those whose perspectives have been historically underrepresented in the field.
