Presenter: Jenn Tardy

Location: Virtual (a Zoom link will be sent to you a few days before the event, after registration)

Date: Tuesday, January 26th

Time: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST

In this workshop, Jenn Tardy, Career Coach + Diversity Recruitment Trainer, explores the topic of resistance: what it is, how it manifests and how it fuels unconscious bias. In addition, she unpacks how resistance affects our ability as career coaches to lean into topics related to diversity and inclusion. The goal of this workshop is to show participants how to identify their own personal resistance and find healing so that each can fully lean into supporting historically underrepresented populations while on their job search.

**A portion of registration fees will go towards scholarships for career coaching for underrepresented clients. All collected proceeds will fund career coaching scholarships for selected underrepresented job seekers.**
