If anything, the pandemic has taught us how swiftly the job market can change and continue on various trends. This Roundtable will provide attendees with information from employers/recruiters about what to expect returning to the work place and any hiring trends. Polls, breakout rooms, and other activities may be used and resources will be shared with all attendees.

About the Panelists:

Mike Schneller has spent the last decade in Talent Acquisition serving in a number of different positions from hands-on recruitment to strategic leadership and operations in the Technology, Communications, Medical Device/Digital Health, and Pharmaceutical industries. Currently, Mike is the Head of Talent Attraction at Biogen, where he has spent the last three and a half years overseeing Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, University Programs, and Candidate Care and Scheduling. These teams are responsible for connecting external talent to the opportunities at Biogen and delivering a top-notch candidate and hiring manager experience. Mike lives North of Boston with his wife, two sons, and their dog Phillip.

Sharon Edwards has over 20 years of experience in Leadership and Organizational Development. Her company, Brandywine River Consulting, partners with companies to build organizational capability through pragmatic learning and development solutions.  

Sharon specializes in talent development processes and programs that help clients in areas such as leadership development, influencing, emotional intelligence, leading change, communicating effectively, delegation, conflict management, unconscious bias, strategy execution and performance management. Sharon has had the privilege of working with national and international organizations in the public, private and non-profit sector in a variety of industries.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Sharon has held leadership positions in the public-school system, the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and is an active member in the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Executive Board of Main Line School Night in Radnor, PA.

Keri Lyle has 15 years in corporate HR, including the last 11+ at Google where she's gained experience across recruiting, internal mobility, program management, HR business partnership, and strategy & operations. She currently leads Google's global location strategy which has involved the company's post-pandemic return to office efforts. She is also a certified coach and coaches emerging leaders internally and externally. Having spent most of her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, she recently moved back home to Maine. When not working from her home in Portland, she loves to trail run, ski, and cheer on her niece and nephew.
