Neurodiversity is a term that you have most likely heard about more often over the last few years. If you’ve ever wondered what neurodiversity means or how neurodiversity awareness can support you to be a more effective career coach, join us for Neurodiversity 101

Maureen Hilton-Sokoloff will share her expertise and reasons why every one of your coaching exchanges and human interactions will benefit from understanding, appreciating, and championing neurodiversity.

Participants will leave with an understanding of:

  • What neurodiversity, neurodivergent, and neurotypical mean
  • The history of neurodiversity and resources from leaders/researchers in the field
  • Profiles/conditions associated with the term neurodivergent – such as Autism Spectrum / Asperger’s, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Tourette Syndrome
  • Neurodiversity: strengths and challenges

Maureen passionately believes that neurodiversity awareness, appreciation, and understanding benefits every human interaction and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with CCC.
