This presentation aims to raise awareness about the diverse and varied experiences of Latine individuals, with a focus on data highlights relevant to the New England region.
Participants will gain access to direct resources that will deepen their understanding of the target population, including recommendations for organizations that can expand their clients’ resources.
Additionally, the session will provide actionable steps to help participants enhance equity-minded practices within their roles and workspaces, fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for young professionals of Hispanic and Latine heritage.
