Terri Carr, EdD, GCDF is the Director of Career Services at Xavier University. With over 15 years of experience, Terri provides comprehensive and transformative career support to guide clients from uncertainty to clarity. She believes individuals hold the key to finding solutions to their career challenges, especially during a difficult transition. Her approach to career conversations is unique, reflective, and aimed at helping clients quickly gain clarity to progress toward their personal and professional goals. Working with me will give you more confidence, clarity, and an actionable plan.

Terri completed her MEd in Counseling and Personnel Services at the University of Louisville and her EdD in Higher Education Management at the University of Pittsburgh.  Terri is the Founder of Epiphanic Career Consult LLC.
