Event Description:
Explore the intersection of LEGO Serious Play and career development. The LEGO Serious Play (LSP) method began in the early 2000s, and has been used by organizations including Google, Ernst & Young, Shell and others for organizations looking to develop vision, strategy, teamwork and more. Erik will provide an opportunity to explore how he has used the LSP methodology to help individuals visualize their career plans, integrate their values and other assessment results, build relationships, and facilitate in-depth conversations. This is an opportunity to learn how to integrate LSP into your work and conversations. Participants will leave this workshop with tools, strategies, and a small kit of LEGO bricks and pieces to put this methodology immediately into action.
Tentative Outline of the Day:
Door prizes from free assessments and a debrief to a raffle of one free membership are part of the fun!
